জিয়নকাঠি গঠিত শক্তিশালী (কার্যকলাপে) একদল যুবা (হৃদয়ে ও মননে) দ্বারা যারা মূল বাংলা সংস্কৃতির সন্ধান ও চর্চায় রত। এরা বাংলা বা অন্য ভাষায় মন্চে এবং দৈনন্দিন জীবনে শৈল্পিক উপস্থাপনায় ব্যস্ত। সংগঠনটি ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশ ভিত্তিক হলেও এর সদস্যরা বিলেত, জার্মানী ও অন্যান্য দেশে ছড়িয়ে আছে।

Jiyinkathi is a group of young (in mind & heart) and energetic (in efforts) people, who are, in the mission to search-secure-practice the Bangalee culture. Who, also performs on and off stage, from the Bengali and other literature. Although the organization is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh its members are scattered in many places of the World. namely UK and Germany.
